2. Ownership: All items purchased from Charlie's Cheeky Sweets remain the property of Charlie's Cheeky Sweets until full payment has been received.


3. Delivery: Delivery is subject to location, and a delivery fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations. Postal services are provided by a third-party provider and are dispatched for delivery on the next working day.


4. Order Issues: Any issues with an order must be reported to Charlie's Cheeky Sweets within 12 hours of the recipient receiving the order. This includes any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns with the products received.


5. Stock and Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or arrange a refund.


6. Quality and Freshness: We take great care to ensure that all our sweets are of the highest quality and freshness. However, we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in quality that occurs after delivery, especially if the products are not stored or handled properly.


7. Allergen Information: It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we take great care to provide accurate allergen information, all products are prepared in an environment where nuts, gluten, and other allergens are present.


8. Cancellations and Refunds: Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds for quality-related issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


9. Changes to Orders: Any changes to an order must be communicated to Charlie's Cheeky Sweets at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this time.
